I just HAD to post about my latest accomplishment.
It's PEACH JAM!!!
I've never done anything like make Jam or Can.
I know - right?! Surprising. I'm just so homey
how could I have existed this long
without jamming or canning?
Well the other day I made pickles
So I figured I should try something else...
Here it is! I was all worried when I heard things
popping while they were cooling
I thought I had failed.
not the case, all is well.
