around the yard...

Since there is not too much happening today baby/belly wise I thought I'd share some views of the 'stead. Things are going really well with the chicken crew, Jack has finally succumbed to their feminine wiles and has "entered the fence" - see him in there?

Unfortunately he has left behind his other ladies, who seem to be OK, but often pace the fence, making Jack very uncomfortable. He misses them, they are his ladies... we'll see what happens. I am unsure of co-mingling them because I am worried for the health of the older 2. I''ll let you know.

The garden is raging these days. Look at those tomatoes for Peet's sake!!! Anybody wanna can later!? We aren't eating too much YET, but soon I am certain I will make a green bean lover out of Aaron and we will have something else to eat besides zukes. Which I am also trying to get him to love. The zuke, chocolate chip, and walnut bread went over pretty well....
It's weedy again, and maybe to try to get labor going I'll go out there and weed tomorrow morning... we'll see!!!
Oh but you know what I am definitely doing tomorrow? that's right - first Raspberry pick!!!
Much love friends - pray the little one comes well and healthy and a little easy!!!
