those morels are ENORMOUS! you could make a killing if you sold those babies!

do you freeze them to preserve?

I DID freeze to preserve! first time! we are happy just to eat them and save them. if we had our own land or more time... then maybe we'd sell... leave it to the pros. we just want to eat them!
Tonight we had steak on the grill (on sale) and a morel cream sauce... asparagus.... you know... good old wisco times!
