I'll do the top and you and mom put it together and quilt it!?
I forgot how fun it is to sew! I started this last night stayed up really late, got up really early and want to work on it late into the night tonight!

I love it!!!! (The top is the fun part. Any chance you have neighbors who do actual hand-quilting?)

we went to the big Amish quilt auction yesterday.... and yes, we have some neighbors... my favourite was Aunt Tilly's Sunshine and Shadow. I almost passed out when I saw it! WOW! I think I might try machine quilting!? I need to talk to others about it first....

I love it! Love the aquas and grey together!

I've done lots of machine quilting -- the hard work is in the sandwiching and connecting of the three layers. I can only do straight line quilting -- no free motion for me, but I really want to learn how to do that.

the fabric came from a "charm pack" of Urban Chicks 1974 from Moda... I really like it.
