Sunday of Spring

I guess it's been a while since I posted!

I guess I've been mending and it's been yucky out,

no nice light for photos... but then today was AMAZING! Thank you!

Phew! I think today saved us all.

It was just a blissful spring day, the one that makes you realize

that maybe you don't need the long underwear anymore,

the one that reminds you that there is grass in your yard,

not just funny gravely dirt piles of snow...

maybe we can leave the boy to FINALLY nap in the car in the sunshine...

The Neighbor dogs remember you have chickens,

and you have let the chickens roam for the day,

and in their joy they are then thankful for fences...

You think that on a day like today maybe the kite won't get tangled in the trees,

it does, but it's not hard to get out...

maybe some lambs will be born...

but you better watch out for this guy!

It's just been a treat of a day.

We are READY for lambs (I think)... as ready as one ever is for new life I suppose.

Aaron made these pens for the sheep to be in after lambing.

Nice Jugs! (that's what they are called, I didn't even post MY jugs pic...)
