I am about to eat the last piece of the raspberry coffee cake that I made on sunday. How did I get it to last this long?! It is truly delicious and would only be better if there was warm butter to spread on it. instead my butter is ice cold, like everything else. Well, not ICE cold, but it isn't spreadable.
I found this recipe HERE. I was really glad that I put it in a springform pan, because it needed that room to rise up. This Sunday I will make one with cream cheese I think. I am trying to use up all those raspberries I froze this past summer!!!
I had a comment that said my last belly picture was romantic, and I thought that was really nice. At first I thought I didn't want to post an unblurry picture of my belly. And then I felt like I was holding out. AND - when I looked at myself this morning in the mirror when I came home from the barn I thought... now THIS is romantic! so here's another blurry one, and the barn girl shot. I don't know how much longer I can wear those overalls... also... I've always looked pregnant in those overalls, now I really AM!
