I'm no photographer!

Can I blame it on my camera?

I used to take lovely pictures in black and white

and then develop them in our very own darkroom...

that was a while ago... now I have a full blown toddler!

Isn't he cute?

We made some muffins.

I've decided to just be OVER him getting flour all over the kitchen and himself.

Also I am over him getting really wet at the sink.

As long as he doesn't fall off the chair and there isn't a sharp knife in the sink...

everything should be fine - and he is usually happy for a while!

Aaron has been busy as always renovating our house...

before "the YellowRoom" had crumbling plaster and bad (kinda) wallpaper,

now the walls are smooth and delightfully butter yellow.

It's sunny and warm in there even when it's not outside!

Thanks Papa!!

David LOVES his room.

It's the cutest thing to watch him run around and try to do somersaults...

and play with tractors... and terrorize the cat...

Speaking of WARM...

our house was FINALLY insulated by the kind people at CouleeCap!

We are so grateful to them for helping us out...

we've vowed to endow them when we make it BIG!

while they were here one of the dudes pulled up a corner of carpet in our old room...

and revealed beautiful wood floors!

Surprise! They need some work,

but since they did such a good job with the crawl space underneath,

I knew we could tear up that carpet and not freeze to death... and so he did!

It's so great to have these awesome changes happening...
