so happy to be here

Yesterday while David took a nap I did some things for the sheep...

and it kinda led me around the farm and then I got to thinking about our life here.

The wind was blowing - kinda hard -

and I was thinking about

all the work that needs to be done before winter sets in.

Which is what happen to me in September

when the wind starts to blow

and I think about the winter - which will be here soon...

I looked at the apple trees, the tent, the grapes,

the flags still hanging from the party and

was just overwhelmed by joy and gratitude for this place.

It's not perfect this little farm, far from it.

We have a lot to do.

But we are SO blessed that there is SO MUCH that has already been done here!

We just have to keep it up!

I'm off to make some Grape Jam!!!
